You are not entitled to salaries or advantages from the center or St. John's United while you are experiencing this program. If you do gain work with St. John's as a C.N.A. or Elder Sharath quickly adhering to the effective completion of the training course, St. John's will certainly reimburse $400 of your class costs over the training course of one year if you are still employed and you remain in good standing.
